MAXICONTAINER.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping Policy: Unless other arrangements are made, Maxi Container ships Freight Prepaid and the shipping charges are added to your invoice. When possible we ship using the US Post Office (USPS). Should your order exceed USPS size or weight limits, we will ship LTL via Common Carrier or on our own fleet of trucks. Please specify if you need inside delivery or if it is a residential address. Trucking companies charge extra for these services.

Returns: Call 1-800-727-MAXI (6294) or email Sales@maxicontainer.com to receive authorization to return unused and undamaged merchandise. Returns will only be accepted if within Thirty (30) days of receipt. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within Seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Unless the merchandise was defective or unless we shipped an item other than what you ordered, the customer is responsible for the shipping or freight charges on returns. There may be a restocking fee on cancelled orders or returns. Custom and Made-to-Order products cannot be accepted for return unless the product was initially defective.

Refunds: Refunds on returned or damaged merchandise, pursuant to our Return Policy, or for orders cancelled prior to shipment (except for custom or Made-to –Order items) will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Limited Warranty: Every container sold by Maxi Container, Inc. is guaranteed to be free from defective material and workmanship when it is shipped. The extent of liability of the company for defective goods will be to replace without charge any defective container or parts, or to refund the purchase price thereof, at its sole discretion. In no event shall Maxi Container, Inc., its successors or assigns, be responsible for any consequential damages.
